These terms govern your use of Quantiraveph's financial planning subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these conditions.

Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms and conditions.

• User/Client: Individual or entity subscribing to our financial planning services

Service Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally capable of entering binding contracts.

Acceptable Use

Your use of our services must comply with the following guidelines:

Permitted Uses:

• Personal financial planning and consultation purposes
• Accessing educational content and resources
• Communicating with our financial planning team

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
• Using services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our systems
• Violating applicable financial regulations or laws

Client Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete financial information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notifying us of material changes to your financial situation
• Using our recommendations as guidance, not guaranteed outcomes

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Quantiraveph Financial Planning.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for personal financial planning purposes only.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and financial information is protected according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws.

Subscription and Payment

Financial terms for our subscription service:

• Payment Methods: Credit card, online banking, and approved electronic payment systems
• Billing Frequency: Monthly recurring subscription of RM250, charged in advance
• Refund Policy: No refunds for partial months; unused portions are non-refundable
• Cancellation Terms: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice; access continues until current billing period ends

Service Disclaimers

Our financial planning services are provided for informational and advisory purposes only.

Liability Limitations

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount of fees paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Maximum liability shall not exceed RM3,000 regardless of the nature of the claim.

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Quantiraveph against claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving any disputes through appropriate channels and maintaining high service standards.

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with appropriate notice as specified in the payment terms section.

Upon termination, access to services ceases and no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice to subscribers.

Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Severability Clause

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining terms continue in full effect.

Complete Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement between parties and supersede all previous agreements.
